If you would like to download the entire database from which these indexes are derived, and you can open EXCEL files, click here
If you cannot open EXCEL files, you can download a TEXT file which comprises the complete information in the database. A few lines down, you will see the option to "click here" to download this database.
When you click, this frame will fill up with hundreds of lines of text. Use your browser's option to "Select all", then do a "Save" or a "Save as" to download all of this text to your hard drive. To return back to this screen, use your browser's "Back" button.
To use the text file after downloading, open it with your database or spreadsheet program (such as FileMaker, AppleWorks, etc.) In case your program asks you questions about the file, the fields are separated by a TAB, and the records are separated by a CARRIAGE RETURN.
However, in most cases, your program will know automatically how to open it. Once the information is in your database program, you can then make the fields larger so you can see all the information in each field, you can perform searches, print reports, etc. See your database/spreadsheet's manual for more information.
