Choreography of the articulation
While the QuickTime
movie is downloading, you may still read material in the article
by clicking in the window behind this one; you can even go on
to other parts of this website.
When the download is complete and you are ready to view the movie,
click again anywhere in this window.
Although you may start to watch the movie
while it is downloading, it will run much smoother if you wait
until the download is complete.
To begin playing the movie, click
on the right-arrow in the controller bar below the picture. If no controller bar shows up beneath the movie
window, you can play the movie by double-clicking inside the movie
window.
Your browser probably allows you to SAVE
the movie on your hard drive for future viewing. Try clicking
inside the movie window and holding the mouse button down until
a pop-up menu appears.
If nothing at all shows up in
the space above, either:
- you need to obtain an appropriate plugin
for your browser: Apple's QuickTime Plugin or any other that
supports QuickTime movies; such a plugin would allow these movies
to be seen on a Mac or a Windows machine. You do NOT need the
latest version of QuickTime (3.0) to view this; version 2.5 is
sufficient.
OR
- you already have a QuickTime plugin
installed in your Plugins folder (directory) but it has not yet
been enabled in your browser. You can do so by going to your
browser's Preferences area. Please note that all QuickTime movie
files posted on this site will end in
.mov
Most browsers released in the past few
years, such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer,
have come with QuickTime plugin support.
When finished viewing and/or
saving the video, it is recommended to close this window
